What is glycerin?

Glycerin is a natural Humectant, which attracts moisture to the skin. Glycerin soaps are known to be gentle, moisturizing and softening.

How should I care for my soap products?

Our soaps are wrapped in shrink wrap, cellophane, and/or cello bags to ensure freshness. We suggest that you store your soap in a dry area away from direct sunlight until you are ready to use it. Due to the high glycerin content of your soap, you should keep it in a well-drained soap dish to prevent it from shrinking prematurely.

What methods of payment do you accept for retail orders?

We accept Mastercard, VISA, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

When will my order ship?

Retail orders generally ship within 1-3 days, but may take longer during peak season (Sep-Dec).  Wholesale orders generally take 1-2 weeks to ship, but may take longer during peak season and depending on the size of the order.

How do you ship?

We ship via Fedex, UPS and US Priority Mail.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the world. There is an additional $5 handling fee for APO shipments. For orders outside of the United States we will determine your shipping after the order is placed. We will contact you via e-mail to finalize.

What if I need to return my purchase?

We are unable to accept returns due to the nature of our products. However, defective/damaged merchandise will be replaced with an identical item. Please e-mail us for a defective/damaged authorization number. We will not be responsible for items returned without authorization.

What if I need to cancel my order?

You may cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. Please e-mail us immediately so that we may cancel it for you.

Are your products or ingredients tested on animals?

No we love animals, and our products/ingredients are not tested on animals.
